Phil Sinnock
President
Phil is a proud 4th generation plumber who graduated from the Apprenticeship Plumber Program at SAIT Technical College in Calgary, Alberta. He's a Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter, holds a Cross Connection Control Specialist Certificate, and is a Licensed City of Winnipeg Plumbing Contractor. With over 20 years in the industry, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge from the many different projects he's worked on over the years.

Office Manager
Kayla has a Business Admin background and comes to us after working as a Legal Assistant and a Customer Service Rep in the automotive industry. She is responsible for the day to day scheduling of our crew as well as helping us keep our office running smoothly.

Matt Glover
Estimator & Project Manager
Matt is a Sheetmetal Journeyman with 10 years experience in the trades. He is mechanical contractor certified with the City of Winnipeg and enjoys working on complex projects, particularly stainless steel and welded ductwork. Matt runs our special projects division and is well versed in estimating and project management.

Kolton Marchuk
Plumbing Lead / Senior Apprentice
Kolton is a 4th level Plumber with 15 years experience in the plumbing trade and advanced knowledge in water treatment systems. Having worked for many years in general construction, he brings additional expertise in framing, drywall, carpentry and concrete work.

4th Year Plumber Apprentice
Justin is a 2nd level Plumber who attended schooling after starting to work with us in 2019. He brings a wealth of knowledge in agriculture water treatment systems and is our resident drain cleaner expert.

3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice
Tristen is a plumbing apprentice with 6 years experience in concrete and general handyman work. He loves learning new things and has a passion for playing and producing music.

Tim has 1 year of carpentry experience and 5 years working in the plumbing field. A dedicated team member who brings reliability and skill to every job.

Ryan is a service plumber who loves to diagnose a tough problem. A problem-solver on the job and active in the community off the clock.

Evan Gregory
HVAC Lead
Evan has been with Legacy since high school and has become a whiz for large rooftop units. Currently a 4th level HVAC tech, he now leads our HVAC department, training new staff and quoting all our HVAC jobs.

HVAC Apprentice
Kevin joined us after completing Pre-Employment HVAC at Red River College and has quickly grown his knowledge working with the team. He's our residential A/C expert with a background in construction.

Ben is an HVAC helper gaining hands-on experience working alongside the Legacy mechanical team.

After a year at university training to be a mechanical engineer, Seth decided to learn by doing. He switched his backpack out for a Milwaukee tool bag and never looked back.

Mathew was a high school placement student with Legacy for the 2024–2025 school year and has stuck around to learn more about the HVAC industry. A young entrepreneur who started his own snow shovelling business as a kid.
Sheet Metal Division
Trevor Parrish
Sheet Metal Apprentice
Trevor was a student studying Civil Engineering Technology before leaving to do more hands-on work. His experience in framing and roofing comes in handy on the sheet metal team.

Aidin has 6 years experience with sheet metal installs and was previously an experienced granite & quartz countertop installer. An active sports enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, and swimming.

Jaiden has been Phil's neighbor since he was 8 years old — it was only a matter of time before he joined the Legacy team. A health nut who also runs his own clothing brand.
